The Shootout would be all Wildcats as the Stars would not manage to beat Wildcat goaltender Rio Virgoe giving Jersey Shore the shootout victory.

“We played well and brought home 3 of 4 points. We were definitely sharper Saturday and played a complete game. We had 12 forwards and 6 defensemen rolling and got some timely saves. Sunday we weren’t as sharp but showed some great determination in tying it up late. The line of Gudaitis, Menzies, and Gately were buzzing all weekend.” – Head Coach darryl Green
